Our doctors are preferred providers for most major plans, including but not restricted to Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Arizona Foundation, and Medicare. The specifics of your coverage, deductible and co-pay amounts will vary based on your plan.

Cash and Self Pay Plans Individuals in need of our services who lack insurance and who are worried about the high costs charged by many other clinics need not worry. We have highly affordable rates and flexible payment plans allowing access to high-quality care for you and your family.
